The Art Gallery of New South Wales is one of the most famous museums in Sydney. It has 30 annual exhibitions and permanent collections of European, Aboriginal, Asian and contemporary art by national and international artists.

Collection Australian art exhibits pieces from colonial times to the present. In the enclosure you can also find an area called the Yiribana Gallery, dedicated to Australian Aboriginal art.

The art collection from Asia is exhibited in the Asian Gallery. You can see Chinese and Japanese works of art, as well as the description of the spread of Buddhism in that continent.
