Address and hours
If you need to obtain tourist information as soon as you arrive in Budapest, you can go to the offices that are located within the airport, specifically in terminals 2A (with hours from 08:00 to 22:00) and 2B (open from 10:00 to 22:00).
Already in the city, we find three main tourist offices that have long hours and are in charge of helping tourists. One of them is located in Sütő street number 2, next to Déak Ferenc square, and is open from 08:00 to 20:00.
Another is in Olof Palme sétány number 5, inside the building of the Municipal Park ice rink. Its schedule begins at 09:00 and ends at 19:00.
Finally, we find another information point on Tárnok street number 15, next to the Plaza de la Santísima Trinidad, near the Buda Castle. It opens at 09:00 and closes at 18:00.
In these centers you will find professionals who speak English and sometimes even other languages such as Spanish. They will help you during your visit to the city.
Likewise, you can also buy tickets, get guides or buy the Budapest Card, a card aimed at tourists with which you have free transport and visits, as well as various discounts.

In addition to the offices mentioned above, you can also make your inquiries in the premises that are partners of Budapestinfo. One of them is inside the Central Market. Open from Monday to Saturday from 06:00. On Mondays it closes at 17:00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday at 18:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 15:00 p.m.
Another place is the information point of the Budapest-Keleti Station or Eastern Station, which is open between 07:00 and 19:00.
You can also go to any of the customer service offices of the Budapest Transport Center or Budapest Transport Center, whose initials are BKK.
National offices
If what you want is to obtain information before starting the trip, you can request help at the Hungarian National Tourist Office in Spain. This is in Madrid, but it is not currently open to the public.
