La Arab gastronomy is one of the most interesting and complete in the world, as it is closely related to different social, religious and cultural aspects. Humus is one of the icons of the Arab gastronomy. Hummus is a chickpea paste that has a simple preparation, and is part of the traditional from countries like Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Palestine, Morocco and Lebanon. Later, salt, cumin and pepper are added to taste and the ingredients are mixed in the blender. While the paste is forming, four tablespoons of olive oil and grind all the ingredients until a consistent texture is achieved.

Now it only remains save the pasta in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Before eating you can present humus adding the chopped parsley and red pepper. In addition, to serve the hummus, pita bread is generally used, although biscuits or toast can also be used.
