After choosing the new wonders of the world, another international contest that seeks to establish the seven natural wonders of the world, that is, all those paradises that have not been made by the hand of man. It was an initiative of Bernard weber, founder of the Swiss company New Open World Corporation., which also organized the first contest.
In the beginning there were 454 nominations. But after evaluating them, a second phase was passed with 261 candidates. Then the experts will choose 21 candidates.
There are many places that can be considered wonders. Among the favorites are Cataract Victory in Zimbabwe, which are 17 kilometers wide and 108 meters high. It is a whole show in which a smoke screen is formed that rises from the depths.
Another possible wonder is the Mount Everest en Nepal, which has the maximum height above the earth (8848 meters). An image that represents challenge and freedom.
There is also the Great Barrier Reef en Australia, located off the coast of Queensland, with 2.000 kilometers in length, one of the favorite places for divers. Other candidates are Northern Lights, Colorado's canyon, Beaches of Rio de Janeiro and paracutin volcano en Mexico.
