El museum is located at 7 Paulus Potterstraat, in Museumplein. It comes with the trams 2, 3, 5 and 12, getting off at the Van Baerlestraat stop. Trams 16 and 24 also arrive, stopping at Museumplein.
It is open to the public every day from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. On Fridays it remains open until 22.00pm. It only closes on January 1. The ticket price is 10 euros for adults and 2,50 euros for those between 17 and 13 years old. Children under 12 years old do not pay. Special exhibitions may have an additional cost.
