La Charco Azul Beach It is located in the northeast of the island of La Palma. It is a set of natural pools of great beauty, which were conditioned in such a way that you can take a bath at any time of the year. It consists of a large pool, a children's pool and a pond called "Charco de las Damas".

The whole runs along the El Melonar pedestrian promenade, which links the Villa de San Andrés y Sauces with Puerto Espíndola. It is 20 meters long and 10 meters wide. Despite being a rocky beach with strong waves, it is one of the main bathing areas in the north of La Palma, since the water in the pools is very calm.

The area has changing rooms and showers, toilets, cleaning and security services, and a Red Cross post. Kiosks and beach bars open during the season.

It has a fairly high occupancy rate, because it is a semi-urban beach with easy access and because it is very advisable to take children.

You can get there with the non-urban bus service or by car, since there is a 50-space car park.
