The British Ariways London Eye is the largest ferris wheel in the world. It opened its doors in 2000 to celebrate the millennium.

The London Eye

It is right in front of the seat of Parliament, in the South Bank of the River Thames. The ticket office is inside the County Hall, the closest building to the London Eye.
Passengers give a full lap in half an hour, reaching a height of 135 meters above the ground. The views are excellent and in all directions. On days with good visibility you can see up to 40 kilometers away.

Its 32 capsules represent the 32 districts of London and they have capacity for 25 people each.

Opens every day between 10 am and 21 pm. It closes on December 25 and during the month of January one week for maintenance.
Although it is more expensive, it is advisable to book tickets in advance to avoid long lines and have priority boarding, otherwise you have to be there 45 minutes before.
