If what we are looking for is a relaxing destination where to have an infinity of tourist possibilities linked to the adventure and rural tourisml, Caceres it is a good alternative. Cáceres is a city located in the west of Spain that is known for brimming with art and history, due to the number of museums it has and the beauty of its streets and buildings. Part of this recognition is that Caceres was declared as World Heritage in 1986 by Unesco.
This destination is recommended for a Weekend getaway due to the large number of urban ensembles of medieval and renaissance style it owns (some being recognized as the most important in the world).
Tour Cáceres it's like taking a trip back in time. Monuments such as the Cathedral of Santa María de Cáceres, the Palacio de los Golfines, the Palacio del Comendador de Alcuéscar and, of course, the Arco de la Estrella.
