Guacamole is a typical recipe from Central America, the most popular variation being from Mexico. This dish is made up of a sauce that is based on avocado, and depending on the season of the year in which we are going to prepare it, we can accompany it with different vegetables and even fruits.

How to make guacamole step by step

  1. Peel and cut the avocados

  4. We add all the ingredients to the crushed pulp
  5. Add a few drops of lemon and salt to taste
