Checked luggage is that which airlines allow us to carry in the hold of the plane. Many airlines include one or more pieces of checked baggage per passenger, but others require an additional fee to be able to check bags. Aerolíneas Argentinas

• Quantity: Aerolineas Argentinas allows the transport of 1 suitcase per passenger and journey, except on international flights with Club Condor fare, in which up to 3 pieces per passenger are allowed.
• Dimensions: there are no maximum dimensions.
• Weight :: the weight depends on the type of flight, which can be domestic, within America and international. It also varies according to the class in which you travel. Thus, if we travel in economy class on a domestic flight, the maximum weight is 15 kg; On the other hand, if the flight is Club Economy, then we can transport up to 30 kg. For regional or international flights, in economy class the maximum is 20 kg and, with Club Economy, up to 30 kg. On the other hand, for the Argentina-Colombia and Colombia-Argentina route, with tourist class they can carry up to 30 kg and for flights from Ecuador, Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela up to 32 kg. Aer Lingus

• Quantity: Aer Lingus allows you to choose between sizes S, M or L, in which the weight allowed varies but the maximum quantity is 1 suitcase. There is an XL size in which 2 suitcases are allowed. Exceptionally, and paying the corresponding fee, you can add a second suitcase (if you have chosen size S, M or L) or a third (if you have chosen size XL).
• Dimensions: there are no established maximum measures.

• Quantity: 1 piece of checked baggage per passenger and route.

Rules for checked baggage

Ryanair

• Quantity: each passenger can check in a maximum of 2 suitcases, but these are not included in the ticket price. The corresponding fee must be paid.
• Dimensions: Ryanair does not set maximum dimensions for check-in bags.
• Weight :: you can choose between 15 kg or 20 kg for the first checked bag (each option with its corresponding fee). As for the second suitcase, the maximum weight can only be 15 kg. • Quantity: in class SWISS Economy, the maximum allowed is 1 piece; in SWISS Business up to 2 pieces and, in SWISS First, 3 bags max.

• Quantity: Transavia.com allows the invoicing of up to 50 pieces as long as the total weight allowed per person mentioned below is not exceeded.
• Dimensions: This airline does not impose maximum measures for checked luggage.
• Weight :: The maximum 5 pieces that you can check in can have a combined weight of up to a maximum of 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 or 50 kg (each individual piece cannot exceed 32 kg). Each of these weights are equivalent to the total of all the pieces that we invoice, that is, if for example 5 pieces are to be invoiced, between the 5 they must weigh a maximum of 15 kg, 20 kg, 30 kg, etc. Each peso has a corresponding rate, so checked baggage is not included in the ticket price.
